FAQ

  • Q

deep-fried chicken skin – Is it okay to eat even if it's cooked in a microwave?

    A

Please note that the product can be cooked in a microwave, but the texture may become soggy.

I recommend cooking a frying pan or air fryer.

  • Q

The frozen product has melted. Is it okay to eat it?

    A

    1. Is there any cold air left in the product?

    2. Isn't the ice pack completely melted?

    3. Didn't the packaging swell up?

If all three are not applicable, you can eat them after freezing them.

*The phrase "No Refrigeration" on the package is a common guide for all frozen foods, meaning not to re-freeze completely defrosted products, and it is different from natural defrosting during delivery.

  • Q

Tender stick – undercooked. It looks like raw meat.

    A

Tender sticks go through a frying process, but they are not fully cooked because they only have a process to shape them.

The degree and time of cooking may vary depending on the type of cookware, capacity, temperature, heat transfer efficiency, product size and quantity.

If it's undercooked after cooking, heat it additionally and cook it thoroughly.

  • Q

Can I cook handmade chicken cutlet or pork cutlet in an air fryer?

    A

The cooking method of the product is only available in frying pans and frying pots, and we guide you through the detailed page.
